Services Available:

• Revocable, Irrevocable, or Special Needs Trusts

We can serve as the trustee or successor trustee of revocable, irrevocable, or Special Needs trusts ensuring compliance with the trusts terms and asset management for current and future beneficiaries. If you need assistance to manage your trust during your life, want peace of mind that your wishes will be carried out after your passing, or have a loved one with a disability, we can help to meet the needs of you and your family.

• Guardianship or Estate Administration

We can serve as court appointed guardian of the estate for minors or incapacitated persons where no responsible individual is available handling financial affairs under judicial oversight. We can serve as personal representative of decedent's estates to settle the estate, manage asset distribution, and fulfill fiduciary duties after the decedent's passing.

• Self-Directed IRAs

We can serve as custodian of a self-directed IRA, allowing you to invest in assets other than just stocks and bonds, including promissory notes, real estate, private entities or precious metals.
